Re-add expired transfer

Send the original source to TorBox again. Once the files are ready, queue them from the cloud library.

If the original link has expired, paste a working download link, NZB link, or torrent magnet for this transfer.

The VM copy is kept. Delivery status tracks the file reaching the app folder; importing, scanning and OCR happen in the receiving app.
